Sunset in the desert. A wild black horse no man could hold. The challenge: “Whoever rides this horse gets $1 million dollars.”
The cowboy stepped up. “This isn’t your place,” he told the kid. Then he wrestled the beast. Dust flew. The horse reared. He held on. He won.
But as he stood there, breathing hard with $1M in his grasp, he saw her. A little girl in a torn dress, walking through the dust. No fear. Just tears.
He looked at the horse. He looked at the money. Then he looked at her.
